摘 要:通过5因素5水平正交实验获得了高镁胶磷矿脱镁的最优工艺条件:液固质量比为3.0、硝酸用量为0.207 g(以1 g磷矿计)、磷矿细度为150~180μm、温度为45℃、反应时间为2.5 h。以磷精矿中镁磷比为参数进行回归分析并得到数学模型,该模型的相关系数为0.926,能够较好地预测高镁胶磷矿的脱镁结果。在最优工艺条件下进行重复实验,结果表明镁脱除率达到了96.1%,磷损失率仅有0.303%,得到磷精矿的镁磷质量比为0.594%、磷精矿五氧化二磷质量分数达31.0%、氧化镁质量分数仅为0.184%,完全达到磷矿湿法加工一等品的要求。研究结果对工业化应用中低品位高镁胶磷矿具有重要的参考与指导意义。The optimum conditions for the magnesium removal from medium and low grade high magnesium collophanite were obtained through the orthogonal experiment of five factors and five levels:the liquid-solid ratio was 3.0,the dosage of nitric acid was 0.207 g(calculated as 1g phosphate rock),the fineness of phosphate rock was 150~180μm,the temperature was 45℃,and the reaction time was 2.5 h.The mathematical model was obtained by regression analysis of the ratio of magnesium to phosphorus pentoxide in phosphorus concentrate.The correlation coefficient of the model was 0.926,which could well predict the result of magnesium removal from high magnesium collophanite.The experiment was repeated under the optimum conditions,and the results showed that the magnesium removal ratio was 96.1%,the phosphorus pentoxide loss ratio was only 0.303%,the ratio of magnesium to phosphorus pentoxide in concentrate was only 0.594%,the P2O5 content in phosphate rock was 31.0%,and the MgO content was only 0.184%,which fully met the requirements of the wet processing of first-class phosphate ores.The research results had important reference and guiding significance for industrial application of medium and low grade high magnesium collophanite.
