摘　　要：信息时代,随着网络普及,生产和生活产生了大量的数据,促使城市数字化发展,智慧城市成为未来城市建设的发展趋势。城乡规划专业作为城市建设的龙头专业,也面临传统研究方式与手段的改变。文章通过企业调研以及网络数据分析,从企业需求与岗位变迁的角度,对城乡规划专业人才的社会需求进行分析,探讨目前教学存在的问题,以及今后专业人才培养方向的调整。In the information age,with the popularization of the Internet,production and life generate a large amount of data,which promotes the development of urban digitalization,and smart city has become the development trend of urban construction in the future.As the leading specialty of urban construction,the major of urban and rural planning is also facing changes in research methods and means.Through enterprise research and network data analysis,this paper analyzes the social needs of professionals from the perspective of enterprise needs and job changes,discusses the current problems in teaching,and the adjustment of the direction of professional talent training in the future.
