摘　　要：由于城市产业结构调整以及老港区无法满足船舶大型化带来的靠泊需求,致使我国很多发端于近代的港口工业遗产面临着闲置甚至损毁。为了使其得到保护、利用、焕发生机,文章以大连商港为例,采用案例分析和指标赋值等方式方法,对我国近现代港口工业遗产价值进行研究,提出我国近现代港口工业遗产价值评价体系。Due to the adjustment of urban industrial structure and the inability of the old port area to meet the berthing demand brought by the large-scale ships,many port industrial heritages which originated in modern China are facing idle or even damaged.In order to protect,utilize and rejuvenate it,the paper takes Dalian Commercial Port as an example,carries out the research on the value of China’s modern port industrial heritage by means of case analysis and index assignment,and establishes the value evaluation system of China’s modern port industrial heritage.
