摘　　要：文章以世界第一个城市化的英国伦敦都市设计新老建筑为研究案例,采用文献法、图像法、对比法等进行综合分析,研究发现:在英国伦敦都市设计中,老建筑不再一拆了之,但是,它也不同于意大利罗马都市设计的新老城区,伦敦都市设计新老建筑正在以混搭模式进行着时空演绎;新建筑的触媒效应不仅推动了城市进步,而且,还为都市设计艺术视觉提供了激情与诗意。This paper takes London,the world’s first urbanized city,as a case study of the urban design of new and old buildings,and makes a comprehensive analysis with the methods of literature,image and comparison.It finds that:In the urban design of London,old buildings are no longer demolished.However,it is also different from the new and old city in Rome,Italy.The new and old buildings in London’s urban design are mix and match mode in a time-space interpretation.The catalytic effect of new buildings not only promotes urban progress,but also provides passion and poetry for urban design visual art.
