摘 要:在电子商务环境下,城市商业空间发生巨大变化——传统商业空间转型升级,新兴商业空间不断涌现。文章从消费目的与消费模式差异出发,实现对体验型商业设施与零售型商业设施的分类,并以武汉市主城区为例,基于核密度分析对体验型商业设施与零售型商业设施空间特征进行可视化表达。研究表明:零售型商业设施整体低密度均质分布,于少数地段点状或条带式高密度集聚分布,呈现出扁平化等级结构特征;体验型商业设施则分布更为均衡,呈现出多层级化结构特征。最后文章剖析了这一特征的深层机制及其影响因素。Under the e-commerce environment,urban commercial space has undergone tremendous changes:traditional commercial space has been transformed and upgraded,and new commercial spaces have emerged constantly.Based on consumption purpose and consumption pattern,this paper classified experiential commercial facilities and retail commercial facilities,taking Wuhan City as an example,the spatial features of experiential commercial facilities and retail commercial facilities were discussed based on nuclear density analysis.It can be concluded:retail commercial facilities are distributed in a low density and homogeneous way in a few spots or strips with high density,showing a flat hierarchical structure;Experiential commercial facilities are in a balanced distribution,that is,multi-center gathering points are grouped into clusters,showing a multi-level structure.Finally,the deep mechanism of this feature and its influencing factors are analyzed.
