摘　　要：综合医院门诊候诊空间存在空间导向不明确、功能配置缺失、尺度不合理、环境嘈杂、患者就诊体验差等问题。结合当前门诊候诊空间存在的问题和患者行为特征,进行问卷调查,揭示门诊候诊空间中尚未充分满足患者心理需求的内容,提出优化策略,为门诊候诊空间设计提供参考。There are some problems in the outpatient waiting space of general hospital,such as unclear spatial orientation,lack of functional configuration,unreasonable scale,noisy environment,poor patient experience and so on.Combined with the problems existing in the current outpatient waiting space and the behavior characteristics of patients,a questionnaire survey is conducted to reveal the contents that have not fully met the psychological needs of patients in the outpatient waiting space,and put forward optimization strategies to provide reference for the design of outpatient waiting space.
