摘　　要：为了快速、准确地掌握卷烟生产过程中切丝宽度的质量情况,加强切丝工序的过程质量控制,应用直方图对采集的切丝宽度数据进行统计分析。结果表明,应用直方图对切丝宽度进行分析,操作方便快捷;检测数据准确有效;其图示能够直观明了地反映切丝宽度的控制范围。该方法快捷实用,在生产过程中的质量控制具有较强的可操作性。In order to quickly and accurately grasp the quality of cut tobacco width in the process of cigarette production and strengthen the process quality control of cut tobacco process,histogram was used to analyze the collected data of cut tobacco width.The results showed that the application of histogram to analyze the width of cut tobacco was convenient and fast;the detection data was accurate and effective;the diagram can directly reflect the control range of cut tobacco width.This method was fast and practical,and had strong operability in the quality control of the production process.
