摘　　要：从零件的结构设计、制造工艺、涂装工艺及材料等方面对国内商用车底盘零件锈蚀的原因进行了系统分析,通过现状剖析及实验对比论证了底盘零件锈蚀原因的多样性和复杂性,提出了提高商用车底盘零件防腐性能及锈蚀改善的主要途径。This paper systematically analyzes the causes for the corrosion of domestic commercial vehicle chassis parts in terms of the structural design,manufacturing process,coating process and materials,etc.By demonstrating the diversity and complexity of the causes for the corrosion of chassis parts through analysis of corrosion status and experimental comparison,the paper proposes the principal approach to improve the anti-corrosion performance of commercial vehicle chassis parts.
