摘 要:简述了胀断连杆的发展现状及对材料的要求,对比了中碳非调质钢36MnVS4和46MnVS5金相组织及合金元素的差异,探讨了36MnVS4连杆断口不齐等缺陷的原因,并分析了各合金元素含量对新型胀断连杆材料46MnVS5性能的影响。结果表明:46MnVS5微观组织结构成分分布更均匀,在屈服强度、抗拉强度和硬度等方面具有更好的综合机械性能。最后对胀断连杆未来锻造技术的发展趋势提出了建议。This paper briefly describes the development status and material requirements of the fracture splitting connecting rod,compares the differences of the metallographic structure and alloying elements between the medium carbon non-quenched and tempered steel 36MnVS4 and 46MnVS5,discusses the causes of the defects such as the uneven fracture of 36MnVS4 connecting rod,and analyzes the influence of the alloying elements content on the properties of the new fracture splitting connecting rod material 46MnVS5.The results show that 46MnVS5 has better mechanical properties in yield strength,tensile strength and hardness,and the distribution of micro structure components is more uniform.Finally,the paper suggests the development trend of the forging technology of the fracture splitting connecting rod.
