摘 要:为缩小通信电源在运行过程中的电压变化幅度,提高通信电源运行稳定性,开展基于同步整流技术的通信电源优化设计研究。从通信电源主要器件选择、基于同步整流技术的电源外围电路优化设计以及通信电源总体PCB制作共3个方面实现对通信电源优化。通过将优化前后两种通信电源应用到相同连接电路当中,对其运行效果对比得出,优化后通信电源在相邻记录时刻下的电压差值更小,电压变化幅度更不明显。将优化后的通信电源应用到真实电路结构中,可为整个电路的稳定运行提供保障。In order to reduce the voltage variation range of communication power supply during operation and improve the operation stability of communication power supply,the optimization design of communication power supply based on synchronous rectification technology is carried out.The optimization of communication power supply is realized from three aspects:the selection of main components of communication power supply,the optimization design of power supply peripheral circuit based on synchronous rectification technology,and the overall PCB production of communication power supply.By applying the two communication power supplies before and after optimization to the same connection circuit and comparing their operation effects,it is concluded that the voltage difference between the optimized communication power supply and the pre optimized communication power supply at adjacent recording times is smaller and the voltage change amplitude is less obvious,Applying the optimized communication power supply to the real circuit structure can provide guarantee conditions for the stable operation of the whole circuit.
