小区园林绿化工程造景设计及施工管理研究——以石狮正荣府项目大区景观工程为例

摘　　要：园林绿化造景作为户外环境空间的主要载体,应同时兼具观赏性及实用性。园林中的绿化造景不仅能够给房地产项目开发增加附加产值溢价,还能改善项目内部及周围的小气候环境。文章主要以石狮正荣府项目大区景观工程为例进行阐述,希望能够为造景的设计以及施工提供借鉴。As the main carrier of outdoor environment space,landscaping should be both ornamental and practical at the same time.The greening and landscaping in the garden can not only increase the additional output value premium for the development of the real estate project,but also improve the microclimate environment inside and around the project.This paper mainly takes the regional landscape project of Shishi Zhengrongfu project as an example,hoping to provide reference for the design and construction of landscape.
