摘  要:为了解新丰江水库的浮游植物功能群(Functional Group)特征及生态现状,2020~2021年逐月对新丰江水库的浮游植物群落结构和水体理化指标进行了调查分析.结果表明,水库主要水质指标达到国家《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅰ类标准.水库浮游植物可分为25个功能群,以A、D、E、F、J、K、L_(o)、M、MP、NA、P、S1、SN、TB、X1、X2、X3和Y功能群出现频率较高,其中A、E、F、J、L_(o)、MP、NA、X3和Y为优势功能群,其时间变化特征为L_(o)/A/E/Y(春季)→L_(o)/A/F/J/X3/NA(夏季)→L_(o)/NA/F/A(秋季)→L_(o)/E/MP/F/A(冬季).与水库低营养盐状态相适应,A、E、L_(o)、NA和X3等在浮游植物群落中呈主体优势.由浮游植物功能群与环境因子间的相关分析和冗余分析(RDA)结果表明,pH值、透明度和水温是影响新丰江水库浮游植物群落结构的关键环境因子.基于浮游植物功能群计算的生态指数(Q),时间上月度生态指数值介于3.63~4.87之间,均值为4.31,表明新丰江水库生态状态总体为极好水平.To understand the structural characteristics of the phytoplankton functional groups(FGs)and the ecological status of Xinfengjiang reservoir,the structure of phytoplankton and physicochemical indexes of water were investigated and analyzed monthly from 2020 to 2021.The results showed that the major water quality indexes of Xinfengjiang reservoir metⅠclass standard of“Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard”(GB3838-2002).There were 25 identified phytoplankton functional groups.Among them,FGs A,D,E,F,J,K,L_(o),M,MP,NA,P,S1,SN,TB,X1,X2,X3 and Y occurred frequently,and the dominant functional groups were A,E,F,J,L_(o),MP,NA,X3 and Y.The main temporal changes characteristics of phytoplankton FGs occurred for L_(o)/A/E/Y in spring,for L_(o)/A/F/J/X3/NA in summer,for L_(o)/NA/F/A in autumn,and for L_(o)/E/MP/F/A in winter.The main dominant FGs were A,E,L_(o),NA and X3,resulting from the oligotrophic factors of the reservoir.Correlation and Multivariate analysis(RDA)between phytoplankton abundance and environmental factors showed that pH,transparency and water temperature were the key factors affecting phytoplankton functional groups in Xinfengjiang Reservoir.The ecological state of Xingfengjiang reservoir is considered as in excellent level,as shown by its Q value with a range of 3.63~4.87.
