摘　　要：《民用建筑节能条例》对于加强建筑节能管理、降低建筑能耗、提高能源利用效率发挥了重要作用。通过调研分析条例中相关制度的实施情况,总结经验做法,发现存在的问题并提出解决措施建议,为建设管理部门完善建筑节能相关法律法规和政策制度提供参考。The "Civil Building Energy Conservation Regulations" have played an important role in strengthening building energy conservation management,reducing building energy consumption,and improving energy efficiency.Through investigation and analysis of the implementation of the relevant systems in the regulations,summing up experience and practices,discovering problems and proposing solutions,this paper provides a reference for the construction management department to improve the relevant laws,regulations and policy systems.
