果袋种类对‘阳光玫瑰’果实品质的影响

摘　　要：在葡萄栽培中,通常用果实套袋来防止日灼伤害,不同果袋的透光和滤光效果不同,对果实品质的影响也不同。该研究以‘阳光玫瑰’为试材,对果实进行蓝色、绿色、半透明、白色和全遮光套袋处理,比较了套袋后‘阳光玫瑰’果实品质的差异。结果表明:白色木浆纸袋处理的‘阳光玫瑰’果粒最大,可溶性固形物含量达17.01%,可溶性糖含量达90.42 mg·g^(-1),可滴定酸含量仅0.56%,固酸比为30.38,口感最好,转色完全,果实呈黄色,果实总酚与其他处理不显著。在果实原花色苷指标中以蓝色袋处理的含量最高,其他果袋没有显著区别。综合来看,以白色袋处理的‘阳光玫瑰’品质最好,可替代常用的绿色果袋使用。Fruit bags are usually applied to protect fruit from sunscald damage in'Shine Muscat'plantation.Due to different sunlight transmitting and filtering effect,fruit bags of different colors impact the fruit quality differently.In this study,blue,green,semitransparent,white and full shade fruit bags were applied,and then fruit quality of'Shine Muscat'were analyzed.Results showed that'Shine Muscat'cluster covered by white wood pulp paper bags had the biggest fruit grain,and the soluble solid content and soluble sugar content were 17.01%and 90.42 mg·g^(-1),respectively.Titratable acid content of the fruit was only 0.56%,and the solid to acid ratio was 30.38,and the fruit color turned completely yellow.All above results indicated that the quality of'Shine Muscat'fruits treated with white fruit bag was the best,and the commonly used green bags could be white bags.
