摘  要:电池包的防水性对电动汽车的性能和安全至关重要。国家工信部《外壳防护等级(IP代码)》中对新能源汽车电池包外壳防护等级做出了具体要求,采用快速、高效且安全的方法来检测电池包的防水等级成为了一项突出的课题。文章从理论层面分析了气密性检测的可行性与IPX 7防护等级之间的关系,建立了漏气量与漏水量之间的转换体系,为新能源汽车电池包的气密性检测提供了理论依据。Waterproof of battery pack is of vital importance for the perfomance and safety of electric vehicles.The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People s Republic of China put forward requirements on the protection grade of the enclosures of power battery for new energy vehicles.It is urgent to find a fast,efficient and safe way to detect the water tightness grade of the battery pack.The relationship between the feasibility of air tightness detection and IPX 7 protection grade is analyzed from the theoretical level in this paper.A conversion system of volumetric flow between air leak and water leak is established and theory basis is provided for the air tightness detection of battery pack.
