摘  要:目的研究富血小板血浆(PRP)宫腔灌注对不孕女性子宫内膜厚度以及后续IVF助孕妊娠结局的影响。方法通过Pubmed、web of science、知网和万方数据库进行检索,筛选2020年12月以前发表的关于PRP治疗薄型子宫内膜的所有文献,选取6篇文献共416例患者的数据,对治疗前后的子宫内膜厚度、临床妊娠率的数据使用Revman 5.3进行meta分析,并进一步行敏感性分析。结果PRP宫腔灌注后子宫内膜的厚度明显高于对照组(MD=1.32,95%CI为0.84~1.79,P<0.00001),且后续IVF助孕临床妊娠率RPR组高于对照组(RR=1.84,95%CI为1.35~2.53,P=0.0001)。结论PRP宫腔灌注对于促进不孕女性的薄型子宫内膜增厚、改善IVF临床妊娠结局有明显的效果。Objective:To study the effect of PRP intrauterine perfusion on endometrial thickness of infertile women and subsequent IVF assisted pregnancy outcomes.Methods:We searched the four databases of Pubmed,web of science,CNKI and Wanfang,and screened all the literature published before December 2020 on the treatment of thin endometrium with PRP.The datas of 416 patients from 6 literatures were carefully studied.The datas of endometrial thickness and clinical pregnancy rate before and after treatment were analyzed using Revman5.3 for meta-analysis,and further sensitivity analysis was performed.Results:The thickness of endometrium after PRP intrauterine infusion was significantly higher in the PRP group than in the control group(MD=1.32,95%CI:0.84~1.79,P<0.00001),and the clinical pregnancy rate of subsequent IVF assisted pregnancy was higher in the RPR group than in the control group(RR=1.84,95%CI:1.35~2.53,P=0.0001).Conclusion:PRP intrauterine perfusion has a significant effect on promoting thin endometrial thickening in infertile women and improving IVF clinical pregnancy outcome.
