摘  要:文章旨在评估泌乳中期奶牛全混合日粮补充壳寡糖对其泌乳性能、血清免疫及抗氧化功能的影响。试验将泌乳性能一致的64头荷斯坦奶牛分为2组,每组32头,每个重复4头肉牛。对照组与处理组肉牛在试验期饲喂基础日粮+0和200 mg/kg壳寡糖,试验为期6周。结果:日粮添加200 mg/kg壳寡糖对奶牛的脂肪较正乳和乳脂肪产量的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05)。壳寡糖组奶牛的采食量、泌乳量、能量校正乳、乳蛋白和乳糖含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时日粮添加200 mg/kg壳寡糖显著提高乳中尿素含量(P<0.05)。壳寡糖组奶牛血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而壳寡糖组丙二醛的含量及活性氧活力显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。壳寡糖组血液CD3;和CD4;淋巴细胞含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。壳寡糖组奶牛血清尿素氮、总蛋白、钙、磷、IgG和IgA浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但血清一氧化氮和IL-1浓度均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:在本研究基础上,泌乳中期奶牛全混合日粮中添加200 mg/kg壳寡糖可提高采食量、泌乳性能及血清抗氧化指标,降低血清一氧化氮浓度,进而抑制炎症反应。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of total mixed diet supplemented with chitooligosaccharides on lactation performance,serum immune and antioxidant functions of mid-lactation dairy cows.Sixtyfour Holstein dairy cows with consistent lactation performance were randomly divided into 2 groups with 8 replicates per group and 4 dairy cows per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the treatment group was fed a basal diet+200 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharide.The experiment lasted for 6 weeks.Results:Dietary supplementation of 200 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharide had no significant effects on fat,positive milk and milk fat yield of dairy cows(P>0.05).The feed intake,milk yield,energy corrected milk,lactose contents and milk protein of dairy cows in chito-oligosaccharide group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and adding 200 mg/kg chito-oligosaccharide significantly increased the milk urea content(P<0.05).The serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities in chito-oligosaccharide group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but the activity of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and malondialdehyde contents were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the blood CD3;and CD4;lymphocyte contents in chito-oligosaccharide group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of urea nitrogen,total protein,calcium,phosphorus,IgG and IgA in serum in chito-oligosaccharide group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but the concentrations of nitric oxide and IL-1 in serum were significantly decreased in chito-oligosaccharide group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of this study,adding 200 mg/kg chitosan oligosaccharides to the whole mixed diet of mid-lactation cows can improve feed intake,lactation performance and serum antioxidant indexes,reduce serum nitric oxide concentration,and inhibit inflammatory response.
