摘 要:南水北调中线工程提高了河南受水区水资源保障能力、生态文明建设和受水区城乡产业融合高质高效发展水平.通过融合基础、融合动力、融合平台、融合趋向四个方面构建南水北调中线工程河南受水区城乡产业融合水平评价体系,利用熵权法确定各个指标的权重.对南水北调中线工程河南受水区11个省辖市城乡产业融合水平进行评测,分析了各地区城乡产业融合水平的指数与差异.提出:(1)受水区城乡产业空间布局协调一体;(2)调整农村产业结构提升城乡农业、工业融合水平;(3)充分利用水资源促进工业在城乡区域流动;(4)通过推动城乡农业与旅游业融合发展等方面,提升河南受水区城乡产业融合发展水平.The south-to-north water diversion has improved the water resources guarantee capacity and the construction of ecological civilization in the water-receiving areas of Henan,and also promoted the high-quality and efficient development of the integration of urban and rural industries in the water-receiving areas.This study builds an evaluation system for the integration of urban and rural industries in Henan’s water-receiving areas of the south-to-north water transfer project through four aspects:integration foundation,integration power,integration platform,and integration trend.At the same time,the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each indicator.This study evaluates the level of urban-rural industrial integration in 11 provincial cities in Henan’s water-receiving area of the south-to-north water diversion project,and analyzes the index and difference of the level of urban-rural industrial integration in various regions.Meanwhile,the following aspects are proposed to improve the integrated development level of urban and rural industries in the water receiving areas of Henan province:(1)Coordinate and integrate spatial distribution of urban and rural industries in the water receiving areas;(2)Adjust the rural industrial structure to improve the integration of urban and rural agriculture and industry;(3)Make full use of water resources to promote industrial flow between urban and rural areas;(4)Promote the integrated development of agriculture and tourism in urban and rural areas.
