摘 要:宝天曼景区属于自然保护区型旅游区。文章分析了宝天曼景区的旅游资源条件和特色,然后以景区发展时间脉络为主线,探讨了景区旅游主题定位从生态观光旅游主题向避暑度假旅游主题、自然研学+避暑度假+森林康养主题转向,在主题定位转向的过程中,旅游产品结构随主题定位转向而同时更新和升级.通过分析得出,宝天曼景区以资源为基础、以市场为导向及时调整旅游主题、更新产品结构是可持续发展的根本,最后给出了新时期宝天曼景区旅游升级发展的对策.Baotianman Scenic area is a typical nature reserve scenic spot.This paper analyzes the natural resource conditions and characteristics of Baotianman Scenic spot.Then,taking the development time of the scenic spot as the main line,the paper discusses the orientation of tourism theme of the scenic spot:from ecological tourism theme→summer vacation theme to the combination of nature research+summer vacation+forest health theme.In the process of theme orientation shift,tourism product structure is updated and upgraded simultaneously.Through analysis,it is concluded that it is the basis of the sustainable development of Baotianman scenic spot:to be resource based,to be market-oriented,to adjust tourism theme timely,and to update the product structure synchronously.Finally,the countermeasures of tourism upgrading and development of Baotianman Scenic spot in the new period are given.
