摘  要:为改善传统气流式喷雾器的喷雾效果,输出平均粒径稳定的气溶胶,该研究设计了一种微型气流式喷雾器。其由壳体、气体输入部、液体输入部、气溶胶出口和废液出口组成,通过气体射流和液体射流相互作用形成气溶胶,在气溶胶向靠近气溶胶出口的方向喷射过程中,不同粒径大小的气溶胶在重力作用下的运动轨迹不同,设定粒径范围内的气溶胶经气溶胶出口喷出,粒径范围外的气溶胶落入空腔内。该喷雾器输出的气溶胶稳定且粒径偏差小,有助于人为调控气溶胶平均粒径的大小,可被用于细菌过滤效率(BFE)检测仪等微生物检测仪器中。In order to improve the spray effects of traditional air flow sprayer and output aerosol particles with stable average size, a miniature air flow sprayer was designed in this study. This sprayer consists of shell, gas entry port,liquid entry port, aerosol outlet and waste liquid outlet. Aerosol was formed by the interaction of gas jet and liquid jet. The motion trail of different size of aerosol particles under the action of gravity is different in the process of ejecting out of the export. The aerosol particles within the scope of the set size export from the aerosol outlet, while the aerosol particles out of the range of the set size fall in the cavity. The aerosol output by the sprayer are stable with small particle size deviation,which is helpful to artificially regulate the average particle size of the aerosol, and can be widely used in the microbial detection equipment such as the bacterial filtration efficiency(BFE) detector.
