摘 要:以脱氧胆酸为原料通过碳二亚胺法成功制备了聚甘露糖醛酸两亲性聚合物胶束(PM-cc-DA),并通过评估PM-cc-DA胶束的理化性质和载药性能来确定PM-cc-DA最佳制备方法。结果表明所制备PM-cc-DA胶束为均匀球状胶束,粒径为186nm,PDI为0.186,具有良好粒径分布,其临界胶束浓度为67.3mg·L^(-1),这表明胶束具有一定的稳定性。所制备载药胶束其载药量及包封率为13.7%及69.2%,载药性能较好,并且PBS溶液中36h内释药量为25.4%,对药物的保护能力较好,有望成为递送抗肿瘤药物的理想的胶束材料。The polymannuronic acid amphiphilic polymer micelles(PM-cc-DA)were successfully prepared by the carbodiimide method using deoxycholic acid as raw materials,and the physicochemical properties and loading of PM-cc-DA micelles were evaluated.The PM-cc-DA bland micelles were prepared which were uniform spherical shapes with particle size of 186 nm and PDI of 0.186.The critical micelle concentration was 67.3mg·L^(-1) which means good stability in dispersed medium.PM-cc-DA/DOX prepared successfully and its drug loading and encapsulation efficiency was 13.7%and 69.2%,25.4%DOX was released for PMcc-DA/DOX micelle in PBS medium.Polymannuronic acid has the potential to be an ideal micellar material for the antitumor drug delivery system.
