摘  要:为了使橡胶减震器的承载能力符合目标刚度曲线,本研究通过Isight平台集成Abaqus和Data Matching模块,在仅知道橡胶本构参数范围和制品设计尺寸范围的情况下,同时对橡胶减震器的本构模型参数和尺寸进行多参数优化。对于非线性很强的橡胶材料,采用Hooke-Jeeves算法求解最优解,并通过正交试验方法选取合适初值,以提高多参数优化的效率和准确度。据此,提出了一种可同时优化橡胶本构模型参数和橡胶制品结构参数,进而满足制品性能为目标函数的新方法,借助优化预测的本构模型参数可以反推橡胶的模量和硬度,为橡胶配方设计提供指导。In order to make the loading capacity of rubber damper accord with the objective stiffness curve,Abaqus and data matching module are integrated by Isight platform in this study,and the parameters of constitutive model and dimensions of rubber damper are optimized while only known the range of rubber constitutive parameters and product design size.For the rubber material with strong nonlinearity,the Hooke-Jeeves algorithm is used to obtain the optimal solution,and the appropriate initial values are selected by orthogonal test method to improve the efficiency and accuracy of multi-parameter optimization.Based on this,we propose a new method to optimize the constitutive parameters and structural parameters of rubber products at the same time,so as to meet the requirements of product performance as the objective function.With the help of the optimized and predicted constitutive model parameters,the modulus and hardness of rubber may be deduced,which provides guidance for rubber formulation design.
