产后补饲对放牧哺乳牦牛增重、生殖激素分泌和繁殖性能的影响

摘　　要：针对放牧哺乳牦牛在冷季进行产后适度补饲,研究对其体重变化、产奶量、产后生殖激素分泌变化及发情受胎的影响,结果表明,对产后哺乳牦牛补饲1.0 kg/d的条件下,放牧+补饲组与对照组哺乳母牦牛的试验末重与初始体重分别增加19.52%和3.64%,且放牧+补饲组的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);放牧+补饲组哺乳母牦牛的第45d产奶量和第90d产奶量与对照组对比,差异显著(P<0.05);放牧+补饲组第45d和第90d血清中的LH、FSH、17-βE2、GnRH等激素含量与对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05);放牧+补饲组哺乳母牦牛的发情率、受胎率分别比对照组提高48.89个百分点和46.66个百分点。综上所述,在冷季对哺乳牦牛适度补饲可提高其增重、产奶量和繁殖性能。This experiment studies the effects of moderate supplementary feeding on body weight,milk yield,reproductive hormone secretion and estrus of postnatal grazing yaks in cold season.The results showed that under the condition of supplementary feeding 1.0kg/d,The final weight and initial body weight of lactating female yaks in grazing+supplementation group and control group increased by 19.52%and 3.64%,respectively,and the average daily gain of grazing+supplementation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The milk yield of lactating yaks in grazing+supplementary feeding group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.05)on 45th and 90th day.The contents of LH,FSH,17-βE2 and GnRH in serum of grazing+supplementary feeding group were significantly different from those of control group on 45d and 90d(P<0.05).The estrus rate and conception rate of lactating female yak in grazing+supplementary feeding group were 48.89%and 46.66%higher than those in control group,respectively.In conclusion,moderate supplementary feeding in cold season can improve weight gain,milk yield and reproductive performance of lactating yaks.
