摘　　要：将PROFIBUS现场总线与DCS无缝融合共同应用于火电机组化学水车间的现场控制,通过工程应用实践总结了现场总线的特点,提出部分化学水车间的PROFIBUS总体设计方案,包括PROFIBUS现场设备布线原则、功能分布以及系统调试方法,分析在现场实施过程中出现的问题并提出解决措施。PROFIBUS现场总线的成功应用有效提高了现场控制系统的灵活性和自动化程度。The seamless integration of PROFIBUS fieldbus and distributed control system(DCS)is applied to the field control of the thermal power units chemical water workshop.The characteristics of the fieldbus are summarized through engineering application practice,and the PROFIBUS overall design plan of some chemical water workshops is proposed,including PROFIBUS field equipment wiring principles,function distribution and system debugging methods,problems and solutions during on-site implementation.The application of PROFIBUS field bus improves the flexibility and automation of field control system.
