摘  要:详细介绍了某电厂低氮燃烧器改造前后以及炉膛敷设卫燃带前后锅炉再热蒸汽温度变化情况,结合国内学者对卫燃带技术的研究,分析了敷设卫燃带对再热蒸汽温度的影响,认为敷设卫燃带对机组安全运行影响较大,需要拆除卫燃带,恢复水冷壁受热面。The changes of reheat steam temperature before and after the transformation of low nitrogen burner in a power plant is introduced in detail.Combined with the research of domestic scholars on laying the refractory belt technology,the influence of laying the refractory belt on the temperature of reheated steam is analyzed.It is considered that laying the refractory belt has a great influence on the operation safety of the unit.It is necessary to remove the laying refractory belt and restore the heating surface of the water colling wall.
