浅谈左人迎右气口脉法

摘　　要：人迎气口脉法在《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)中被多次提到并用于疾病的诊断,占有重要地位。因为《内经》并未明确说明人迎和气口的具体位置,历代医家对《内经》人迎气口脉法诊脉位置的理解主要分为三种:一种是人迎在颈,气口在腕,即"人迎在人迎穴,气口在手太阴脉动点";一种是人迎在颈,气口在足,即"人迎在人迎穴,气口在趺阳脉动点";还有一种是人迎气口均在腕,人迎在左,气口在右,即"人迎、气口分别在左、右手太阴脉动点"。王叔和的《脉经》最早明确提出"左为人迎,右为气口",其中,《脉法赞》中记载:"关前一分,人命之主。左为人迎,右为气口",《脉法赞》中"左为人迎,右为气口"的定位更符合《内经》本意,人迎气口脉法中人迎与气口的位置均在腕部,运用左人迎右气口脉法可以指导临床针灸及用药。The pulse method of left Renying and right Qikou has been mentioned many times in Huangdi′s Internal Classic(hereinafter referred to as Internal Classic)and used in the diagnosis of diseases,which occupies an important position.Because Internal Classic does not specify the specific location of left Renying and right Qikou,there are three main understandings of physicians in the past dynasties on the location of left Renying and right Qikou in Internal Classic:One view is that Renying lies in the neck and Qikou in the wrist,that is,"Renying lies in Renying(ST 9),while Qikou is in the hand greater yin meridian pulsating point".The second view is that Renying lies in the neck and Qikou in the foot,that is,"Renying lies in Renying(ST 9),while Qikou is in anterior tibial pulsating point".The third view is that Both Renying and Qikou lie in the wrist,with Renying in the left and Qikou in the right,that is,"Renying and Qikou lie in the left and right hand greater yin meridian pulsating point respectively."Wang Shu-he first clearly put forward in Pulse Classic that"Renying is in the left while Qikou is in the right".It is recorded in Praise of Pulse Method that"Cun pass is the master of human life.Renying is in the left while Qikou is in the right",which is more in line with the original meaning of Internal Classic.In the pulse method of Renying and Qikou,the positions of both Renying and Qikou are at the wrist.The application of the pulse method of left Renying and right Qikou can guide clinical acupuncture and moxibustion and medication.
