摘  要:虚劳是气血阴阳虚损、脏腑功能衰退系列病证的总称。前列腺癌(prostate cancer,Pca)癌因性疲乏病机以虚为主,可从肝脾肾三脏虚衰立论,肾精亏虚致雄激素水平下降,引起骨质疏松、认知障碍及代谢异常诸症;肝血不足致肝气不疏而致贫血、情志不畅诸证;脾胃虚弱无以运化濡养而引起疲乏诸证。肝脾肾三脏虚衰,气血阴阳的亏损,积而成虚,久而成劳。故Pca癌因性疲乏可从虚劳论治,以调理五脏,补益气血为主。Consumptive disease is the general name of a series of syndromes,such as deficiency of qi and blood,yin and yang and decline of viscera function.The pathogenesis of cancer-related fatigue of prostate cancer(Pca)is mainly deficiency,which can be discussed from the deficiency and decline of the liver,spleen and kidney.The deficiency of kidney essence leads to the decrease of androgen level,resulting in osteoporosis,cognitive impairment and metabolic abnormalities.Liver blood deficiency causes stagnation of liver qi,anemia and emotional disorder.Various syndromes of fatigue are caused by weakness of spleen and stomach which leads to failure in transporting and transforming and nourishing.The deficiency and decline of the liver,spleen and kidney,the loss of qi,blood,yin and yang,accumulate and become deficiency syndrome,and gradually develop into fatigue.Therefore,Pca cancer-related fatigue can be treated based on the theory of consumptive disease mainly by regulating the five zang-organs and tonifying qi and blood.
