《针灸大成》治疗泄泻浅析

摘　　要：《针灸大成》认为,泄泻外因为外感风寒及热病,内因为脾胃失调,肝气乘脾,命门之火不能温煦脾阳,饮食不节等。治疗应视具体情况而定,不同原因所致泄泻,选穴和治法亦有区别。其对某些类型的泄泻选取某一特定穴位治疗,认为该穴即为该病的效穴。书中共记载了治疗泄泻的穴位52个,治疗时一般选2~5个穴位。其配穴方法有:原络配穴法,上下配穴法,本经配穴法,表里经配穴法,八脉交会穴配穴法等。治疗时重用灸法,总结了泄泻的推拿选穴及推拿手法。其认为针灸推拿与药物治疗各具有优势,并总结了药物治疗方法。According to Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,diarrhea is caused by external wind cold and fever,internal imbalance of the spleen and stomach,liver qi invading the spleen,life gate failing to warm the spleen yang,improper diet,etc.The treatment should depend on the specific situation.The selection of acupoints and treatment methods are also different for diarrhea caused by different reasons.For some types of diarrhea,a specific acupoint is selected for treatment,so this acupoint is believed to be the effective acupoint of the disease.The book records 52 acupoints for the treatment of diarrhea together.Generally,2 to 5 acupoints are selected.The acupoint-matching methods include:original collateral acupoint-matching method,upper and lower acupoint-matching method,original-meridian acupoint-matching method,exterior-interior meridian acupoint-matching method,eight-meridian crossing acupoint-matching method,etc.Moxibustion is heavily in the treatment,and the massage points selection and massage techniques of diarrhea are summarized.The book believes that acupuncture,moxibustion,massage and drug treatment have their own advantages,and summarizes the related drug treatment methods.
