摘　　要：中医药治疗过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的方法主要有中医内治法和中医外治法。其中,中医内治法包括分脏腑论治和分证型论治,分脏腑论治有从肺论治、从脾论治、从肾论治等;分证型论治分为外感风寒型、风热郁肺型、脾气虚弱型、肾气亏虚型等。中医外治法主要包括滴鼻法、针刺疗法(包括毫针刺法、穴位注射、穴位埋线等)、艾灸疗法、穴位贴敷法、刮痧及推拿疗法等。中医药治疗能提升AR患者机体的免疫力,降低过敏频率,但同时也存在以下问题:(1)个体化治疗缺乏客观评价标准,制定相关标准较为困难;(2)中草药治疗的具体机制仍不清楚,实验研究仍需进一步深入;(3)对中医内治法、外治法的治疗机制需进一步深入研究。今后,应从以下几方面进行着重研究:(1)从整体出发,结合中医整体辨证、辨病,找到共通之处制定相应的治疗标准;(2)针对有效中药成分进行临床与实验研究;(3)将传统中医药与现代医学相结合,探寻治疗机制,寻求新的治疗方法,以获得更安全、更稳定、更有效的治疗结果。The methods of TCM in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)mainly include internal treatments of TCM and external treatments of TCM.Among them,internal treatments of TCM include treatment by viscera and treatment by syndrome.Treatment by viscera includes treatment from the lung,treatment from the spleen,treatment from the kidney,etc.While treatment by syndrome is divided into externally contracted wind cold type,wind heat depressing lung type,spleen qi deficiency type,kidney qi deficiency type,etc.External treatments of TCM include nasal drip,acupuncture therapy(including filiform needle acupuncture,acupoint injection,catgut embedment in acupoint,etc.),moxibustion therapy,acupoint application,scraping therapy,massage therapy,etc.TCM can improve the immunity of AR patients and reduce the frequency of allergy,but there are also the following problems:①Individualized treatment lacks objective evaluation standards,so it is difficult to formulate relevant standards;②The specific mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine treatment is still unclear,and the experimental research still needs to be further deepened;③The treatment mechanism of internal and external treatments of TCM needs to be further studied.Therefore,in the future,we should focus on the following aspects:①Starting from the whole,combined with the overall syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation of TCM,it is necessary to find the common points and formulate the corresponding treatment standards.②It is necessary to carry out clinical and experimental research on the effective components of TCM.③It is necessary to combine TCM with modern medicine,explore the treatment mechanism and seek new treatment methods,so as to obtain safer,more stable and more effective treatment results.
