摘　　要：目的建立UPLC法同时测定双黄升白复方(黄芪、黄精、女贞子等)中蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷、宝霍苷Ⅰ、红景天苷、新北美圣草苷、柚皮苷、特女贞苷、芒柄花黄素的含量。方法该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Aglient Eclipse Plus C;RRHD色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8μm);流动相乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.3 mL/min;检测波长254、270、280 nm。结果 11种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 6),平均加样回收率99.25%~104.24%,RSD 0.4%~1.4%。结论该方法稳定可靠,可用于双黄升白复方的质量控制。AIM To establish a UPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of calycosin-7-glucoside, epimedin A,epimedin B, epimedin C, icariin, baohuoside I, salidroside, neoeriocitrin, naringin, nuezhenide and formononetin in Shuanghuang Shengbai Formula(Astragali Radix, Polygonati Rhizoma, Ligustri lucidi Fructus, etc.).METHODS The analysis of 50% methanol extract of this drug was performed on an Aglient Eclipse Plus C;RRHD column(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water flowing at 0.3 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelengths were set at 254, 270, 280 nm.RESULTS Eleven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 5), whose average recoveries were 99.25%-104.24% with the RSDs of 0.4%-1.4%.CONCLUSION This stable and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Shuanghuang Shengbai Formula.
