摘  要:目的研究甘露子Stachys sieboldii Miq.的化学成分及其对鼻黏膜上皮细胞的影响。方法甘露子90%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。采用MTT法测定化合物对鼻黏膜上皮细胞相对存活率的影响。结果从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为coelonin (1)、1-(2-hydroxy-4-methylphe-nyl)propan-1,2-dione (2)、3-羟基对甲氧基苯甲醛(3)、2-desoxy-4-epi-pulchellin (4)、aquilegiolide (5)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯(6)、3-epi-diosgenin-3-β-D-glucopyranoside (7)、4′,8′-二羟基苯乙酮-8-O-阿魏酸酯(8)、3,4-二羟基苯乙酸甲酯(9)、5,7-dihydroxychromone-7-O-neohesperido-side (10)、phenylβ-D-glucopyranoside (11)、8-甲氧基山萘酚(12)、5-羟基-3,7,4′-三甲氧基黄酮(13)、7-β-D-glucosyloxy-5-hydroxy-chromone (14)、isocupressic acid (15)。化合物1、5可提高鼻黏膜上皮细胞的相对存活率。结论所有化合物均为首次从甘露子中分离得到。化合物1、5对鼻黏膜上皮细胞具有保护作用。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Stachys sieboldii Miq.and their influences on nasal mucosal epithelial cells.METHODS The ethyl acetate extract from S. sieboldii was purified by silica and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.The influence on relative survival rate of nasal mucosal epithelial cells of the compounds was determined by MTT assay.RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as coelonin(1), 1-(2-hydroxy-4-methylphe-nyl)propan-1, 2-dione(2), 3-hydroxy-p-methoxybenzal-dehyde(3), 2-desoxy-4-epi-pulchellin(4), aquilegiolide(5), 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoate methyl ester(6), 3-epi-diosgenin-3-β-D-glucopyranoside(7), 4′, 8′-dihydroxyaceto-phenone-8-O-ferulic acid ester(8), 3, 4-dihydroxy phenylacetate methyl ester(9), 5,7-dihydroxychromone-7-O-neohesperidoside(10),phenyl β-D-glucopyranoside(11), 8-methoxykaempferol(12), 5-hydroxy-3, 7, 4′-trimethoxyflavone(13), 7-β-D-glucosyloxy-5-hydroxy-chromone(14), isocupressic acid(15).Compounds 1,5 could improve the relative survival rate of nasal mucosa epithelial cells.CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated and identified from this plant for the first time.Compounds 1 and 5 have protective effects on nasal mucosa epithelial cells.
