摘　　要：目的研究三棱Sparganium stoloniferum Buch.⁃Ham.中含氮类成分。方法三棱乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH⁃20、ODS、HPLC等进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为methyl4⁃[formyl⁃5⁃(methoxymethyl)⁃1H⁃pyrrol⁃1⁃yl]butanoate(1)、1,2,3,4⁃tetrahydro⁃1⁃methyl⁃β⁃carboline⁃3⁃carboxylicacid(2)、环(谷氨酸⁃苯丙氨酸)(3)、环(亮氨酸⁃苯丙氨酸)(4)、酪氨酸(5)、苯丙氨酸(6)、焦谷氨酸(7)、环(亮氨酸⁃酪氨酸)(8)、腺苷(9)。结论化合物3为新天然产物,化合物1~2、4~7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。AIM To studye the nitrogenous compounds from Sparganium stoloniferum Buch.⁃Ham..METHODS The ethyl acetate extract from S.stoloniferum was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH⁃20,ODS and HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as methyl4⁃[formyl⁃5⁃(methoxymethyl)⁃1H⁃pyrrol⁃1⁃yl]butanoate(1),1,2,3,4⁃tetrahydro⁃1⁃methyl⁃β⁃carboline⁃3⁃carboxylic acid(2),cyclo(Glu⁃Phe)(3),cyclo(Leu⁃Phe)(4),tyrosine(5),phenylalanine(6),pyroglutamic acid(7),cyclo(Leu⁃Tyr)(8),adenosine(9).CONCLUSION Compound 3 is a new natural product,and compounds 1-2,4-7 are isolated from genus Sparganium for the first time.
