摘 要:挥发性有机物排放(VOCs)已成为制约铸造行业生产的关键问题,为了加速推进铸造行业挥发性有机物削减,提升工业绿色发展水平,改善大气环境质量,提升制造业绿色化水平,通过对现场生产工艺和技术参数的分析,对挥发性有机物的检测,结合现有治理技术的优缺点,总结吸附法和燃烧法存在的不足,取长补短,设计了一种具有低成本、高效率、低能耗等优点的吸附浓缩-催化燃烧法,解决了吸附工艺和燃烧工艺之间的阻碍,整个系统安全、绿色、低耗、智能,实现了VOCs达标排放,达到有效治理的目的,为铸造行业挥发性有机物排放治理提供了参考依据。Emissions of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)has become the key problem to the production of foundry industry,in order to accelerate the reduction of VOCs in foundry industry,improve the level of industrial green development and the quality of atmospheric environment,enhance the level of green manufacturing,a low cost,high efficiency,low energy consumption method of adsorption concentration-catalytic combustion was designed through analysis of on-site production process and technical parameters,detection of VOCs,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of existing treatment technologies,as well as summarizing the shortcomings of adsorption and combustion methods,complementing each other.Turns out the obstacles between adsorption process and combustion process is solved,the entire system is safe,green,lowconsumption,smart,and has met the emission standards of VOCs,achieved the goal of effective governance,hence provides a reference for VOCs emission management in casting industry.
