摘 要:介绍了复合再生砂与机械再生砂的颗粒集中度、AFS值以及粉状含量指标的对比情况,认为复合再生砂的各项指标波动幅度小、性能更稳定。研究了不同树脂加入量对三种冷芯制芯工艺砂芯性能的影响,认为:从强度和发气量两方面考虑,对于100%再生砂(擦洗砂)可以选择强度高但发气量低的机械再生砂进行制芯;对于100%再生砂(擦洗砂)冷芯制芯工艺,可以选择强度高但发气量不高的50%机械再生砂与50%擦洗砂混合进行制芯;对于50%再生砂与50%陶粒砂混合的冷芯制芯工艺,可以选择强度高的机械再生砂与陶粒砂制芯。The comparison of particle concentration,AFS and powder content between composite reclaimed sand and mechanical reclaimed sand was introduced,It was concluded that the index fluctuation of composite reclaimed sand was small and more stable.The effects of three cold core making processes under different resin dosage were studied.Considering from two aspects of strength and gas generation,for 100%reclaimed sand(scrub sand),mechanical reclaimed sand with high strength and low gas generation can be selected for core making;for the cold core making process of 100%reclaimed sand(scrubbed sand),50%mechanical reclaimed sand with high strength and low gas generation can be mixed with 50%scrubbed sand for core making;for the cold core making process of mixing 50%reclaimed sand and 50%ceramsite sand,mechanical reclaimed sand and ceramsite sand with high strength can be selected for core making.
