摘  要:针对三乙胺冷芯工艺在生产中出现的问题,对比了两种冷芯树脂砂可使用时间的长短,试验验证了延时剂和防潮剂对树脂砂可使用时间的影响;从三乙胺冷芯制芯工艺的特性角度,通过大量生产实践和长期积累,总结出了实用型经验及工艺参数,具有较强的借鉴意义;详细阐述了冷芯树脂砂可使用时间和砂芯变形现象对生产及铸件质量的影响,并根据芯砂可使用时间研究结论与制芯工艺特性分析结果,解决了芯砂可使用时间过短与4GC缸体油道渗漏及断芯问题。In view of the problems in the production of the triethylamine cold core process,by comparing the length of the usable time of the two cold core resin sands,the test verifies the influence of time delay agent and moisture-proofing agent on usable time of the resin sand.From the characteristics of the triethylamine cold core-making process,the practical experiences and process parameters are summarized through a large number of production practices and long-term accumulation,which has a strong reference significance.The impact of useable time of cold core resin sand and core deformation on the production and casting quality are explained in detail.The problems of the very short useable time of core sand,4GC cylinder oil passage leakage and core broken,can be solved according to the conclusions about available time of core sand and the core-making process characteristic analysis.
