摘  要:针对不同牌号的蠕墨铸铁气缸盖的缩孔问题,分别采用增加冷铁、压边冒口、减少砂芯发气量和优化砂芯排气、控制原材料来源等措施,降低了废品率;分析了蠕铁铸件缩孔产生的原因,认为当产生缩孔缺陷时,应从补缩和排气两方面来综合考虑。In view of the shrinkage problem of different grades of vermicular graphite cast iron cylinder heads,improvement measures such as increasing chills,blank-holder risers,reducing gas generation of sand core,optimizing sand core exhaust and controlling raw material sources were adopted to reduce the rejection rate.The causes of shrinkage of vermicular iron castings were analyzed,and it was considered that when shrinkage defects occur,both feeding and exhaust should be considered comprehensively.
