摘 要:对常规重力铸造铝合金悬置支架和压铸铝合金悬置支架等产品,分别采用铝合金半固态压铸成形技术进行了优化设计开发;结合有限元分析和实物台架试验性能对比验证,半固态产品力学性能优异,不仅实现了减重10%,在满足台架耐久性的同时,其单向静载拉断力比原重力铸造及压铸工艺成形产品均有提升,并圆满地完成了整车搭载可靠性验证。The semi-solid die casting technology was used to optimize the design and development of conventional gravity casting aluminum alloy mounting bracket and die casting aluminum alloy mounting bracket.Combined with finite element analysis and physical bench test performance comparison verification,the semi-solid product has excellent mechanical properties,which not only achieves weight reduction of 10%,but also meets the durability of the bench,and its uniaxial static load tensile force is improved compared with the original gravity casting and die casting process forming products,and successfully completes the reliability verification of the whole vehicle.
