摘 要:针对中/大型内燃机缸体类铸件打磨生产线存在的问题,开发设计出一款多刀库、高刚性全序切割打磨机器人设备,可同时进行缸体的全序切割及打磨,有需要切割大冒口及气孔针的缸体,先进行切割,然后可一次性完成缸体表面毛刺及浇冒口完全打磨,无需人工干预及修整;配置智能化激光检测系统,可以有效修复和补偿机器人的规划路径,实现了工件的精确定位打磨;并对整机性能的影响因素进行正交试验,采用模糊综合评价法对试验测试数据及打磨后效果分析,缸体的平均打磨精度可达到±0.5 mm、打磨损伤率<1%、打磨完成率>95%,可满足缸体打磨的各项技术指标要求。For medium/large internal combustion engine cylinder block casting grinding production line problems,development designed a more rigid total order cutting knife library,high grinding robot equipment,can undertake cylinder body of the total order for cutting and grinding at the same time,has the need to cut big riser and stomatal needle cylinder,to cut,then it can be finished at once burr on the surface of cylinder body and poured riser fully polished,No manual intervention and dressing;The intelligent and laser detection system can effectively repair and compensate the robot's planning path,and realize the accurate positioning and polishing of the workpiece.Orthogonal test was carried out on the influencing factors of the performance of the whole machine.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyze the test data and the results after grinding.The average grinding accuracy of the cylinder can reach±0.5mm,the grinding damage rate is less than 1%,and the grinding completion rate is more than 95%,which can meet the requirements of various technical indicators of the cylinder.
