张宁教授治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的用药规律及治疗思路

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘方法及平台分析张宁教授治疗亚急性甲状腺炎(Subacute thyroiditis,SAT)的用药规律及治疗思路。方法收集整理2014年1月—2020年12月期间张宁教授门诊治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的处方,对其进行频数统计、药物属性及归经分析、关联规则、聚类分析等。结果共筛选出72首处方,包含97味中药,药性以寒为主,药味以苦、甘味主,归经多归属于肺、肝经,得到14对常用药对,4组核心药物组合。结论张宁教授治疗亚急性甲状腺炎分期论治,清肝、舒肝、柔肝并用,注重“热”在不同时期的治疗方法。疾病初期多用清热解毒散结之品以清实邪,随疾病发展成虚实兼杂之证,常用一贯煎滋阴疏肝,虚实兼治,后期辅以益气扶正生津之品。Objective To analyze Professor Zhang Ning's medication rules and treatment ideas for subacute thyroiditis based on data mining methods and platforms.Methods From January 2014 to December 2020,the prescriptions of Professor Zhang Ning's outpatient department for subacute thyroiditis were collected and sorted out,and the frequency statistics,drug attribute and meridian analysis,association rules,cluster analysis and so on were conducted.Results A total of 72 prescriptions were screened,including 97 traditional Chinese medicines.The main properties are cold,and the main tastes are bitter and sweet.The meridians are mostly attributed to the lung and liver meridians.14 pairs of commonly used drugs and 4 core drug combinations were obtained.Conclusion Professor Zhang Ning treated subacute thyroiditis by stages,and paid attention to the treatment methods of“heat”in different periods and liver care.In the early stage of the disease,to clear heat and detoxifying sanjie to remove the true evil.With the progression of the disease,the syndromes of deficiency and excess are mixed.Yi GuanJian are used to nourishing Yin,nourishing the liver,dredging liver and regulating Qi tonourishing and dispelling evil spirits carried out simultaneously.In the late stage of the disease,it is supplemented with the Tonic medicine.
