陈自明治疗胎动不安的经验探析

摘　　要：通过研究陈自明《妇人大全良方》中有关“胎动不安”的论述和方剂,阐明陈自明对胎动不安病因病机的认识,认为胎动不安的发病多与外感风寒、情志不调、饮食失调、房事不节、用药不当等因素损伤冲任,导致胎元不固而发病。治疗上以祛风、补肾、固护冲任为原则,具体治疗方法包括祛风散寒、补肾填精、养心安神、养血活血等。文中总结了陈氏治疗胎动不安的临证经验,对现代临床诊疗先兆流产和胎漏等有重要的指导意义。Through the study of the discussion and the prescription about“fetal movement restlessness”in The Complete Good Prescription for Women,this paper summarizes Chen Ziming's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of fetal restlessness,and points out that the incidence of fetal restlessness is mainly caused by exogenous cold,emotional disorder,eating disorder,irregular atrial and ventricle,improper medication and other factors,which injure the organ and cause the onset of fetal restlessness.The treatment is based on the principle of dispelling wind,tonifying kidney,and strengthening and protecting chong Ren.The specific treatment methods include dispelling wind and dispersing cold,tonifying kidney and filling essence,nourishing heart and calming mind,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,etc.This paper summarizes Chen's clinical experience in the treatment of fetal agitation,which has guiding significance for the modern clinical diagnosis and treatment of threatened abortion and fetal leakage.
