协定利咽茶防治慢性咽炎80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨协定利咽茶治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例慢性咽炎阴虚肺燥证患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各40例。治疗组口服协定利咽茶,对照组服用金果饮糖浆。两组均治疗4周,并在8周后进行随访。观察两组患者症状体征总评分、咽干主症评分及临床疗效、不良反应、复发情况。结果两组患者治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组为80%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状体征总评分与咽干主症评分均较治疗前改善,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后随访8周,对照组复发率为31.25%,治疗组为15.79%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协定利咽茶对治疗慢性咽炎阴虚肺燥证患者疗效确切,使用和携带方便,且不良反应少,可供临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of agreement Liyan tea in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods 80 cases of chronic pharyngitis with Yin deficiency and lung dryness syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group took Liyan tea orally,while the control group took Jinguoyin syrup.The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups,and the patients were followed up after 8 weeks.Before and after treatment and during the follow-up period,the improvement degree and integral change of the main and secondary symptoms such as dry throat,sore throat,cough,expectoration,pharyngeal foreign body sensation and pharyngeal itching were observed,and the blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function and adverse reaction statistics were carried out before and after treatment.Results After the two groups of patients were treated,the total effective rate was 95%in the treatment group and 80%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores of symptoms and signs and the main pharyngeal syndrome scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups of patients were followed up for 8 weeks after treatment.The recurrence rate of the control group was 31.25%and that of the treatment group was 15.79%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Agreement Liyan Tea has a definite curative effect on the treatment of chronic pharyngitis with yin deficiency and lung dryness.It is convenient to use and carry,and has few adverse reactions.It can be used for clinical application.
