疏肝健脾活血汤联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的疗效及对胃动力指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝健脾活血汤联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良(Functional dyspepsia,FD)的疗效及对胃动力指标的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月收治的FD患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予多潘立酮治疗,在此基础上研究组加用疏肝健脾活血汤治疗,两组用药时间均为4周。对两组患者临床疗效、疾病相关症状评分、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后胃动力、血清胃肠激素水平进行分析及比较。结果与对照组比较,研究组总有效率明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后研究组早饱、恶心呕吐、上腹痛、反酸、厌食相关症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后研究组胃窦收缩频率和收缩幅度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者运动指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后研究组生长抑素、胃泌素水平均明显低于对照组,胃动素水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏肝健脾活血汤联合多潘立酮治疗FD效果显著,可改善临床症状,促进胃动力,改善胃肠功能,且安全可靠。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Decoction combined with domperidone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)and its influence on gastric motility indexes.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,120 cases of FD patients were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with domperidone.The study group was treated with Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Decoction on the treatment of control group.The treatment time of both groups was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,disease-related symptom scores,occurrence of adverse reactions,gastric motility and serum gastrointestinal hormone levels were analyzed and compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of symptoms related to early satiety,nausea and vomiting,epigastric pain,acid reflux,and anorexia in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the contraction frequency and amplitude of gastric antrum in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in exercise index between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of somatostatin and gastrin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of motilin were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusions Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Decoction combined with domperidone has
