基于“百病生于气”理论的六字诀功用探讨

摘　　要：六字诀是中医学传统的吐纳治疗方法之一,首创于南北朝时期,后经历代医家的发展与补充,流传至今,具有疗疾强身的功效。六字诀是基于《内经》“百病生于气”的理论基础。内伤七情、外感六淫以及劳逸失节等能够引起脏腑元气亏虚和气机升降失调,是脏腑病症的基本病机。六字诀以呼吸吐纳为主,配合特定的发音,辅以肢体导引和意念,来调控体内气息的升降出入和脏腑气机的平衡,驱邪固本,调和形神,以达到祛除疾病、养生保健的目的。Six-character is one of the traditional treatment methods of respiration in traditional Chinese medicine.It was first created in the Southern and Northern Dynasties.It has been developed and supplemented by the generations of physicians..It is based on the theoretical basis of“all diseases are resulting from Qi disorder”in Huangdi Neijing.Internal injuries,seven emotions,external feelings,six obsessions,and disjointed work and rest,which cause visceral vitality deficiency and Qi ups and downs,are the basic pathogenesis of visceral diseases.Six-character formula is mainly based on breathing with specific pronunciation,combined with limb guidance and ideas,to regulate ascending and descending activities of the viscera's Qi,eliminating evil and consolidating root,harmonizing body and spirit,so as to eliminate diseases and preserve health.
