摘 要:目的探讨早期膝关节控制训练结合核心稳定性训练对脑梗死患者平衡能力及肢体功能恢复的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2021年3月医院收治的脑梗死患者166例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组83例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组此基础上实施早期膝关节控制训练结合核心稳定性训练,观察比较两组患者肢体功能、平衡功能、生活活动能力的变化。结果干预前,两组患者肢体功能恢复情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组肢体功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者平衡功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组平衡功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者生活活动能力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组生活活动能力评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者实施早期膝关节控制训练结合核心稳定性训练,可改善患者肢体功能及平衡功能,提升患者生活活动能力。Objective To explore the eff ect of early knee joint control training combined with core stability training on balance ability and limb function recovery in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 166 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,with 83 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented early knee joint control training combined with core stability training on this basis to observe and compare the changes in the limb function,balance function,and life activity ability of the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the recovery of limb function between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the limb function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the balance function between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the balance function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the life activity ability score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the life activity ability score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early knee joint control training combined with core stability training for patients with cerebral infarction can improve the patient's limb function and balance function,and enhance the patient's life activity ability.
