摘  要:为了探讨秸秆带状覆盖对旱地不同剖面深度土壤总有机碳(TOC)、可溶性有机碳(DOC)、微生物量碳(MBC)和易氧化态碳(EOC)的影响,于2017—2020年在甘肃省布设秸秆带状覆盖试验,设玉米整秆带状覆盖(T_(SM))处理,以黑膜双垄沟全膜覆盖(T_(PM))和传统露地平作(T_(NM))为对照。结果表明:土壤有机碳和活性碳组分含量随土壤剖面深度增加而显著降低(P<0.05);T_(SM)较T_(PM)和T_(NM)显著提高了0~20 cm土层土壤总有机碳含量、可溶性有机碳含量和易氧化态有机碳含量,2019、2020年的测定结果具有相同趋势,TOC、DOC和EOC两年平均值T_(SM)分别比T_(PM)提高16.99%、67.65%和155.83%,比T_(NM)提高8.00%、31.20%和74.30%;2019、2020年T_(SM)均提高0~120 cm土层微生物量碳含量,各土壤剖面T_(SM)较T_(PM)两年平均提高了16.82%、21.49%、34.04%、26.28%和29.78%,T_(SM)较T_(NM)两年平均提高了24.83%、51.32%、56.72%、78.94%和73.42%(P<0.05)。2019、2020年0~20 cm DOC/TOC和EOC/TOC,T_(SM)处理高于T_(NM)和T_(PM),MBC/TOC T_(SM)处理高于T_(NM),说明T_(SM)提高了表层土壤有机碳、活性碳组分的含量和各活性碳组分的分配比率。To explore the effects of straw strip mulching on total organic carbon(TOC),dissolved organic carbon(DOC),microbial biomass carbon(MBC)and easily oxidizable carbon(EOC)at different depths of dry land,a straw strip mulching test was set up in Gansu Province druing 2017 to 2020.Treatments included core straw strip coverage(T_(SM)),full black film double furrow coverage(T_(PM)),and traditional open field flat cultivation(T_(NM))as the control.The results showed that the content of soil organic carbon and activated carbon components decreased significantly with the increase of soil profile depth(P<0.05).T_(SM) significantly increased the total organic carbon content,soluble organic carbon content and soluble organic carbon content of the 0~20 cm soil layer compared with T_(PM) and T_(NM).The content of easily oxidizable organic carbon had the same trend in 2019 and 2020.The two-year average T_(SM) of TOC,DOC and EOC was 16.99%,67.65%and 155.83%higher than that of T_(PM),and 8.00%,31.20%,and 74.30%higher than that of T_(NM) in 2019 and 2020.T_(SM) increased the microbial biomass carbon content of 0~120 cm soil layer.Compared with T_(PM),the T_(SM) of each soil profile increased by 16.82%,21.49%,34.04%,26.28%and 29.78%on average.Compared with T_(NM) during the two-year period,the average of T_(SM) increased by 24.83%,51.32%,56.72%,78.94%and 73.42%(P<0.05).In 2019 and 2020,in the 0~20 cm,DOC/TOC and EOC/TOC of T_(SM) were both higher than that of T_(NM) and T_(PM).MBC in T_(SM) was increased in the 0~120 cm soil profile.A higher MBC/TOC in T_(SM) indicated that T_(SM) increased the content of organic carbon,activated carbon components,activities of the surface soil,and distribution ratio of the carbon component.
