摘　　要：高速磁悬浮铁路目前无统一规定的投资编制方法,本文通过分析沪杭高速磁悬浮及中低速磁悬浮投资编制方法,结合现阶段高速磁悬浮项目建设主体和资金来源性质,提出以城市轨道交通工程概预算编制办法为基础的高速磁悬浮铁路投资编制方法,包括方法框架、概算章节、费税取值、定额使用等方面内容。There is no unified investment compilation method for high-speed maglev railway at present,this paper analyses the compilation method of Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed maglev and low-medium speed maglev investment,combined with the construction subject and capital source of the current high-speed maglev project,puts forward the investment preparation method of high-speed maglev railway based on the measures for the preparation of budget estimates for urban rail transit projects,which includes method framework,budget estimation chapter,value of fees and taxes,quota application,etc.
