摘  要:我国盐碱水资源丰富,通过渔业手段有效开发和利用盐碱水域资源,对拓展水产养殖空间、保障水产品供给、实现盐碱环境生态修复具有重要意义。文章通过测定中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)对氯化钠盐度、碳酸氢钠碱度及盐碱交互作用的耐受能力,探究中华绒螯蟹对盐碱水域环境的生理耐受性。结果表明,中华绒螯蟹在24、48、72和96 h时氯化钠(NaCl)盐度半致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为35.24、32.81、31.25和26.55 g·L^(-1),安全浓度为8.54 g·L^(-1);在24、48、72和96 h碳酸氢钠(NaHCO_(3))碱度半致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为110.43、90.50、75.78和69.74 mmol·L^(-1),安全浓度为18.25 mmol·L^(-1)。盐碱对中华绒螯蟹的毒害具有交互协同作用,盐碱交互时毒性强于单一盐度或碱度,交互系数除24 h外均随胁迫时间增加而增大。研究表明,中华绒螯蟹对碳酸盐型盐碱水环境具有较强耐受性,适宜在盐度低于8.54 g·L^(-1)或碳酸盐碱度低于18.25 mmol·L^(-1)盐碱水域开展增养殖。The effective development and utilization of saline alkali water resources through fishery development is of great significance to expand aquaculture space,ensure the supply of aquatic products and realize the ecological restoration of saline alkali environment.By measuring the tolerance of Chinese mitten crabs to sodium chloride salinity,sodium bicarbonate alkalinity and saline alkali interaction,this study explored the physiological tolerance of Chinese mitten crabs to saline alkali water environment.The results showed that the 24 h-LC_(50), 48 h-LC_(50), 72 h-LC_(50) and 96 h-LC_(50) values for salinity in Chinese mitten crabs were 35.24, 32.81, 31.25 and 26.55 g · L^(-1) and its safe concentration was 8.54 g · L^(-1). The 24, 48, 72 and 96 h-LC_(50) values for carbonate-alkalinity in Chinese mitten crabs were 110.43, 90.50, 75.78 and 69.74 mmol · L^(-1), and its safe concentration was 18.25 mmol · L^(-1). Salinity and alkalinity had an interactive and synergistic effect on the toxicity of Chinese mitten crabs. The interactive toxicity of salt and alkali was stronger than that of single salinity or alkalinity. The interaction coefficients increased with increasing time except for 24 h. This study showed that Chinese mitten crabs had a strong tolerance to carbonate saline alkali water environment, and it was suitable for aquaculture in saline alkali waters with salinity less than 8.54 g ·L^(-1) or carbonate alkalinity less than 18.25 mmol· L^(-1).
