摘 要:为研究热水散热风机供暖系统进风角度对阶梯笼雏鸡舍供暖效果的影响,利用计算流体力学(Computational fluiddynamics,CFD)模拟不同进风角度(30°、37.5°、45°和60°)下鸡舍气流场和温度场变化,并通过现场试验验证模型。结果表明,与其他进风角度比,进风角度45°时鸡笼内温度分布与气流场分布更均匀,实测值与模拟值吻合度良好,风速和温度的均方根误差分别为0.08 m·s^(-1)和0.49℃,平均相对误差分别为15.9%和1.5%。在此基础上分析供暖进风角度优化对雏鸡生长性能、行为、精神和健康状况影响,经4周试验。和对照组(37.5°)相比,试验组(45°)雏鸡最终体重增加5.3%,平均料肉比降低3.9%,试验组3周龄内雏鸡对新物体恐惧减弱,精神状况改善,但摄食和饮水行为无差异。The influence of different air inlet angles(30°,37.5°,45°and 60°)of the heating fan on the heating effect of the stepped cage brooding chicken house were studied based on the numerical simulation of CFD and the verification and analysis of field test.The results showed that the temperature and airflow distribution in the brooding chicken cage were more uniform under the 45°air inlet angle of the heating fan than others,and the measured values were in good agreement with the simulated values.The root mean square error of the wind speed and temperature were 0.08 m·s^(-1) and 0.49℃,respectively,and their average relative errors were 15.9%and 1.5%,respectively.Furthermore,the effect of the 45°air inlet angle of heating fan on growth performance,behavior,mental state and health of the were analyzed.The final body weight of the brooding chicken increased by 5.3%and the average feed meat ratio decreased by 3.9% compared with the control group (37.5°) within four weeks. The brooding chicken' fear of new objects and their listlessness condition improved compared with the control group, but their eating and drinking behaviors had no significant difference within three weeks.
