共享经济背景下乡村民宿的治安防控路径

摘　　要：乡村民宿盘活了乡村闲置资源,是乡村共享经济的重要组成部分,具有较大的经济潜力。随着乡村游内涵的深度拓展,乡村民宿品质不断提高,成为共享经济中的新业态。但乡村民宿发展的同时,也带来了相应的治安隐患,由于管理存在盲区,消防事件、治安案件、刑事案件时有发生,不但影响了周边居民的正常生活,也不利于业态的健康发展。应探索适合乡村民宿的治安管理规律,实现标准化管理和分类管理,强化物防技防措施,并发挥乡村社会治理的功能,守住社会公共安全、社会治安的底线。Rural family inns revitalize rural idle resources.It is an important part of rural sharing economy and has great economic potential.With the in-depth expansion of the connotation of rural tourism,the quality of rural family inns has been continuously improved and has become a new business format in the sharing economy.Howev⁃er,the development of rural family inns also brings corresponding hidden dangers of public security.Due to the blind zones of management,fire incidents,public security cases and criminal cases occur now and then,which not only affects the normal life of surrounding residents,but also is not conducive to the healthy development of busi⁃ness formats.We should explore the law of public security management suitable for rural family inns,realize stan⁃dardized management and classified management,strengthen material and technical prevention measures,give play to the function of rural social governance,and draw the line of social public safety and security.
