高性能聚氨酯弹性混凝土用胶结料性能研究

摘　　要：研究了高性能聚氨酯胶结料的凝胶时间、养护时间及技术性能,并与同类进口聚氨酯胶结料和国产聚氨酯胶结料作对比。试验结果表明,高性能聚氨酯胶结料常温下具有较长的施工容留时间,完全能够满足施工需要,且强度形成较快,养护时间较短,施工后短时间即可开放交通。高性能聚氨酯胶结料具有优异的弹性恢复能力、抗老化性能及耐化学腐蚀性能等,基本达到同类材料标准。The gel time,curing time and technical performance of high-performance polyurethane binder were studied,and high-performance polyurethane binder was compared with imported polyurethane binder and domestic polyurethane binder.The test results showed that high-performance polyurethane binder had a long construction holding time at room temperature,which could meet the construction needs,and the strength was formed quickly,the curing time was short,and the traffic could be opened in a short time after construction.High-performance polyurethane binder had excellent elastic recovery ability,anti-aging performance and chemical corrosion resistance,etc,basically reaching the standard of similar materials.
